The Kastaplast Berg X takes the original Berg concept and adds more stability and torque resistance. It keeps that signature low-glide, straight-to-ground flight, but handles more power and forehand torque without drifting or flipping. It’s built for controlled approaches where you want the disc to push forward slightly and then finish with a dependable fade.
In K1 Soft plastic, the Berg X uses a premium blend with added flexibility and tackiness. It has a softer, grippier feel compared to standard K1, making it ideal for cold or wet conditions while still maintaining durability and consistent flight characteristics.
Best Uses
• Overstable approach shots
• Forehand touch shots
• Windy conditions
• Low-glide placement shots
Real Talk
This is a Berg… but with teeth.
It still drops and sits like a Berg, but you can actually rip on it without worrying about it drifting off line. The soft plastic makes it stick even better on landing, so it’s basically point → throw → stop.
If the regular Berg is control, this is control with confidence when you put power behind it.
