11/5/-1/3 Climo Discs Skyway - 5X Glow

The Climo Discs Skyway in 5X Glow comes in at 11 | 5 | -1 | 3, which puts it squarely in the dependable distance-driver category: fast enough to cover serious ground, enough turn to actually work, and enough fade to make sure it comes back and finishes the damn job.

This isn't some floppy understable distance cheat code. The Skyway wants a committed throw and rewards it with a strong, controlled flight.

Flight

At 11 speed, the Skyway has legitimate distance-driver horsepower without jumping all the way into the absurd end of the speed chart.

The 5 glide helps it carry downrange, while the mild -1 turn gives it enough movement to push forward instead of immediately trying to dump left.

Then the 3 fade shows up and reminds everybody that this disc still has standards.

For stronger arms, expect a penetrating flight with controlled movement and a dependable finish. For developing arms, the Skyway should play more overstable and give you a trustworthy option when you absolutely need the disc to come back.

5X Glow

This 5X Glow edition takes the Skyway's dependable distance-driver flight and makes it ready for the dark. Charge it up, send it downrange, and at least when you launch it into the night you'll have a fighting chance of finding the damn thing again.

BDLD Real Talk

11 | 5 | -1 | 3 is a pretty damn useful combination.

The Skyway has enough turn to actually travel, but not so much that you're standing on the tee wondering whether the disc is about to defect to the neighboring fairway.

And that 3 fade gives you something you can trust when the wind picks up or when your line absolutely needs a finish.

Will it magically give you 400 feet?

No.

We sell discs, not miracles.

But if you've got the arm for an 11-speed driver and want distance without sacrificing predictability, the Skyway makes a hell of a lot of sense.

Bottom Line

The Climo Discs Skyway 5X Glow is a premium glow 11 | 5 | -1 | 3 distance driver with useful glide, manageable turn, and a strong finish.

Get it up to speed, let it cruise the Skyway, and trust the fade to bring the damn thing home.
