The Elevation GLO-G Binx is an 8 | 5 | -1 | 1 control driver with enough speed to cover real distance, enough turn to actually be workable, and just enough fade to keep the ending civilized.

Then Elevation made it out of flexible glow rubber, because apparently a normal fairway driver wasn't weird enough.

Flight

At 8 speed, the Binx sits in that beautiful middle ground where you can get legitimate distance without needing to throw like you're trying to qualify for Worlds.

The 5 glide helps it carry, while the -1 turn gives it some movement at speed for straight shots, gentle flip-ups, and workable shaping lines.

A mild 1 fade finishes the flight without suddenly remembering it has somewhere urgent to be forty feet left.

Put together, 8 | 5 | -1 | 1 makes the Binx a very approachable control driver for players who want distance without a bunch of unnecessary drama.

GLO-G Rubber

GLO-G brings Elevation's flexible rubber feel into the darkness with glow capability for night rounds.

The soft, grippy construction gives the Binx a completely different personality from a traditional rigid driver. It feels different in the hand, reacts differently when it hits the ground, and generally makes people pick it up and immediately start bending it like they just discovered discs can do that.

Yes, it's supposed to do that.

Best Uses

  • Straight control drives
  • Hyzer-flip fairway shots
  • Gentle turnover lines
  • Wooded fairways
  • Glow rounds
  • Players stepping into faster drivers
  • Shots where you want useful distance without a huge finishing fade
  • Anyone who thinks their fairway driver should be able to survive being folded like a taco

BDLD Real Talk

Most control drivers are trying very hard to convince you they're serious athletic equipment.

The Binx is made out of glow-in-the-dark rubber.

We know which one sounds more fun.

The flight itself is surprisingly normal—in the best possible way. The -1 turn gives you something to work with, the 1 fade doesn't overpower the flight, and the 5 glide lets the disc carry without needing a heroic amount of arm speed.

Then it lands and reminds you that, oh yeah, this bastard is rubber.

It's weird. It's useful. It glows. And you can flex it in your hands while your cardmates wonder what the hell you're throwing.

That's basically four BDLD selling points in one disc.

Bottom Line

The Elevation GLO-G Binx is a flexible glow control driver with a workable 8 | 5 | -1 | 1 flight, useful glide, gentle turn, and a mild finish.

Throw it straight. Throw it after dark. Bend it like a taco. Just don't blame us when every person on your card wants to touch your Binx.
