Disc golf is supposed to be fun. The Discmania Limited Edition J-Milly Horizon C-Line Founder — Flipmageddon appears to have been created specifically to remind us.

With flight numbers of 5 | 6 | -4 | 1, the Founder is an extremely understable midrange built for effortless hyzer-flips, turnovers, rollers, ridiculous scramble shots, and the kind of lines that make your cardmates ask what the hell you just threw.

The 5 speed keeps it controllable, while the 6 glide helps it stay airborne with very little effort.

Then there's the -4 turn.

Minus. Four.

Discmania didn't name this edition Flipmageddon because it calmly holds whatever angle you give it. Put it on hyzer and it wants to stand up. Give it more power and it keeps turning. Throw it flat with a bigger arm and you may have just accidentally applied for a roller permit.

The gentle 1 fade offers only a small amount of late stability. This isn't a disc planning a heroic comeback after you've turned it over.

For experienced players, it becomes something completely different. Hyzer-flip it. Turn it. Roll it. Throw it from one knee behind a bush because your drive found the only six-inch gap between two perfectly good fairways.

This is the disc for situations where the sensible shot has already left the building.

Will it replace your stable workhorse mid?

Hell no.

Will it occasionally pull off a shot that makes your stable workhorse mid look boring as shit?

Absolutely.
